Apartment Review
I've been in this apartment since 2010. The ownership is better than the original ownership but I have a hard time getting repairs fixed. It takes several phone calls ,but atleast major repairs do get fixed. There are no amenities to speak of so the price that we pay in rent should actually reflect that. There's no swimming pool there's no laundromat. Score for amenities should actually be zero. However I do appreciate where I live because of the location and it is quiet. I do believe ownership is trying to do more things for this location and I do believe the staff is friendly. But some days I can't help but feel that I'm overpaying for where I live because there are no amenities and we're paying the price we pay due to industry rates. But I do love my apartment. I feel I'm a good tenant and I just hope that because we don't have any amenities that management can try their best to maintain our rent prices with very little increase going forward.

Someone who really has passion about this Wendover Woods community is needed. Long term residents has had their units neglected with any type of upgrades since being overseen by the previous and current property management company.
Review of Wendover Woods
Love the convenience of the apartment location. Price is OK But the apartment has NEVER had amenities. How can you rate Amenities and You have none? Maintenance and management totally unreliable when solving tenants maintenance issues/problems . Since Presidia has owned these apartments they've NEVER done any maintenance request: on time. I'm still waiting to have something done that asked about 2 months ago. I still have a toilet that doesn't flush properly after 3 tries over 2 years. .But they are EXCELLENT being unavailable in meetings in Durham and raising rent and collecting it.
